Who we are?

IME and its principals have been developing, operating and managing home improvement programs for over 25 years. Our customers are national retailers with home improvement programs. We help them develop, operate and manage these programs with the industry’s most comprehensive enterprise software and dedicated support teams.

Our proprietary enterprise software is based on our own experience operating home improvement programs for retailers. As we like to say, we built our software as an “operator”, not as a technology company. That’s why our software provides significantly more functionality than any other product used in the industry.

IME is a 100% remote workplace, with talented and dedicated Associates across the country. We started out as an aggregator of contractors, but we have become a technology and service company. Our primary objective is to focus every single day on improving the software and services that our customers use every day to manage their businesses. We recognize that, no matter how good our product is today, it can always be better tomorrow.
